Rockwell

Project Overview

Rockwell was a once in a decade opportunity to deliver amenitized high-rise living in Pacific Heights, one of San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhoods. The project featured 259 one and two-bed homes in two 13-story towers. The plentiful amenities included a grand solarium, owner’s club with a gourmet kitchen and screening room, fitness center, courtyard furnished with an outdoor fireplace and grill and a sky lounge and terrace.

Like many of the City’s neighborhoods entrenched in a celebrated past, the buildings reside in San Francisco’s historic Auto Row. Oyster Development made it a priority to embrace and preserve the area’s rich heritage by integrating original façades into the modern-day design.

Awarded the Golden Nugget Grand Award by PCBC in 2017 for Best Multifamily Housing Community Greater than 100 units per Acre, Rockwell was completed in October 2016 and sold-out in January 2018.
